Hi, I’m Liv, and welcome to my website. I am an experienced and fully qualified BACP-registered psychotherapist providing specialist support to individuals and couples.
I work with adults who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood or alone, to bring relief from painful, confusing or repetitive feelings and experiences.
Typically, my clients are neurodivergent, LGBTQIA+, or have experienced parental abuse and other forms of childhood trauma.
I also support adults experiencing a wide range of life's challenges such as anxiety, low-mood, grief, relationship difficulties, feeling stuck or lost, and facing big changes.
I work with a wide range of adult clients on many different challenges. Some of these include:
You can expect complete acceptance, patience and understanding.
I offer particular experience and understanding of the complexities of challenging adult child-parent relationships, estrangement, and late-diagnosed neurodivergence.
I also work with couples who want to feel closer to one another, reduce conflict or heal from betrayal. For specific information on how I work with couples, please click here.
