Olivia is a kind, compassionate, human-centred, LGBTQIA+ affirming and perceptive therapist. She has provided me with a safe space to express the highs, lows and everything in between of childhood trauma-related issues and helped me deeply understand and analyse how those manifest in the present day. She listens without judgement and provides a consistent, reliable outlet to help me process and navigate through difficult times. I would recommend Olivia to anyone and everyone seeking therapeutic support.
Olivia was incredibly empathetic, patient and thorough which made getting through this possible. There were some very difficult life episodes I was challenged with while we had our counselling sessions and I don’t how I would have got through these without her compassion and expertise.
Olivia is a brilliant therapist. She is very professional, extremely easy to talk too, friendly and so supportive. Olivia really listens attentively to any of you worries and makes you feel heard and extremely supported. She is helping me turn my life around, and since working with her my mental health has been improving significantly. I couldn't recomend Olivia enough.
After being diagnosed Autistic, I sought out to find a therapist that understood the Neurodivergent world, here I found Olivia. From our first communication, I knew that she was the therapist for me as I instantly felt very comfortable with her as she is very easy to talk to. Olivia makes me feel safe enough to open up about things I have never spoken about before and she has helped me to understand my experiences whilst teaching me techniques and tools to deal with life so that I am not consumed by the past, she has taught me how to remain regulated and how to remain present. Olivia always allows me to express myself without any judgement, she has changed every aspect of my life for the better.
Olivia has helped me to make such a difference in my quality of life and even improved my relationship with my parents which I never thought I could say! The great service that she provided is definitely the best support I’ve ever received to date.
Counselling with Olivia has been incredibly helpful. In our weekly sessions I have learned a great deal about myself! I have also been able to explore issues from my past that were troubling me and I have developed a much greater sense of self awareness. I can’t recommend her enough to anyone seeking support and understanding! - Counselling for addiction, confusion and depression.
I started seeing Olivia in August as I felt I needed some help. I felt like we instantly clicked and I got on with her really well. She always listened to me and let me talk. She never made me feel judged or silly for how I feel. In the short time of seeing her she made me feel comfortable and made it a safe space even over a video call. She helped me so much. - Young person, 2024
What brought me to therapy was a need to better understand myself and my differences following my diagnosis, which I now feel a lot more positive about. Olivia's guidance and support has been incredibly helpful and has made a significant difference in my life. Having a neurodiverse therapist who understands me more than most people has been particularly valuable. I now feel more empowered and equipped to handle any challenges.
I couldn’t understand why I was still not feeling happy, when I had everything that I’ve thought was what I always wanted. I knew that something wasn’t right deep within and that’s when I reached out to Olivia. It’s truly been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I’m still very much on my journey, but my time with Olivia has given me the space and permission to focus on me. I feel safe, seen and heard to express my true feelings and accept those things that I use to label as drama, now owning, embracing and acknowledging my trauma and this is all down to my sessions. I can work through things all at my own pace, within a supportive environment. I look forward to continuing to connect to that self empowerment that I deserve.

Olivia is very easy to talk to, and I don't feel pressured or concerned she'll be judgemental whatever I say. She listens well and offers a different perspective. It was important to me to have an LGBTQ+ friendly counsellor, and Olivia is understanding about the issues that can arise from being LGBTQ. I'm finding working with Olivia really helpful, and I feel a lot better for talking things through with her.
Hi Liv. It has taken me some time to write this as it is hard to express just how grateful I am to have found you as a therapist. I had given up hope of finding someone who could really understand my experiences but the relief I felt after our first session was immense. You offered validation of my belief that I was autistic even before I was diagnosed and have continued to support me in articulating my neurodivergence since. It has been life-changing to have such supportive discussion with someone who truly understands my lived experience and who has such knowledge, analytical insight and deep empathy. Thank you so much
