As a therapist in private practice, I do not offer mental health crisis support.
If you are feeling so distressed or overwhelmed that you are thinking of harming yourself, or you feel you may harm someone else:
NHS crisis team
Call your local NHS crisis team if you have one.
GP
Contact your GP as soon as possible and explain how you are feeling.
NHS 111 / 999
If your GP is closed, call NHS 111 for advice, or dial 999 in an emergency. You can also ask someone to call for you.

Call Samaritans free on 116 123 – available 24/7, every day of the year.
